AJITIDE® is a line composed by nucleotides that confer Umami taste and enhance the flavor of food. These compounds are also Umami as AJI-NO-MOTO® and have strong synergy with glutamate, resulting in even tastier foods.
AJITIDE® IMP is a flavor enhancer composed by the nucleotide disodium inosinate, which promotes Umami and makes foods tastier. In addition, it has strong synergy with AJI-NO-MOTO® and when used together, enhances Umami taste and the flavor of foods. AJITIDE® IMP is a product of easy application, as it is highly soluble in water, has low hygroscopicity, offers excellent stability at high temperatures and in the presence of light and is not perishable.
