HARMONIX®-RS is a prepared seasoning developed by Ajinomoto, which acts as a flavor enhancer for meat products in general, both processed marinated and seasoned meats. The formula contains higher monosodium glutamate content, less salt and no fat.
Application: can be applied in meat products such as fresh sausage, hot dog sausages, bologna sausage, ham, mixed ham, hamburgers, etc.
